Information

One-way ANOVA
Whereas the t-test can only be used for testing whether the mean values of two samples are equal, the one-way ANOVA can be employed to test whether the mean values of two or more groups are similar. In order to use the ANOVA tool on in-silico, fill in the quantitative measurements/observations/values you want to compare in the Observations column, each observation should be in a new row. Each observation should be accompanied with its group identifier, these should be entered in the Group ID column. Again, each identifier should be on a new line but in the same line corresponding to observation value. Thus, both columns should have the same length.
